Every appointment includes a brief pre-treatment check-in and simple aftercare guidance. The £10 Stripe deposit is deducted from your treatment total, and the remaining balance can be paid by card through Stripe or in cash on the day.

I’m a Level 3 qualified sports massage therapist and I hold professional insurance for the service I provide. I run MYOFLEX as a fully mobile service, bringing the treatment setup to you so there’s no clinic journey before or after your session.

How does booking work?
Choose your treatment, enter your postcode, pick an available time, add your details and pay the £10 booking deposit securely. You’ll then complete your consultation & consent form before treatment.
Do you treat clients under 18?
No. MYOFLEX appointments are only available to clients aged 18 or over.
What do I pay when I book?
A £10 deposit secures your appointment and is paid securely by card through Stripe. It is deducted from the treatment price, and the remaining balance can be paid by card through Stripe or in cash on the day.
What happens after I book?
You’ll receive your booking confirmation and a secure link to complete your consultation & consent form. The form must be completed before treatment, and I’ll review it before your appointment. You can also add the appointment to your calendar.
Why do you ask for my postcode?
Your postcode confirms whether you are within my mobile treatment area before appointment times are shown.
What address should I enter?
Enter the full address where you want your treatment to take place. During booking I’ll also ask about parking and anything that could affect carrying my equipment into the property.
Do you need parking close to my home?
I bring a portable massage table and treatment equipment, so suitable legal parking reasonably close to the property is very helpful. If parking is permit-only, paid, restricted or some distance away, tell me during booking so I know what to expect.
What should I wear?
Comfortable clothing is a good choice. Depending on the area being treated, access to that area may be needed during the session.
What if my postcode is outside the normal online booking area?
The booking page will let you know before appointment times are shown. You can then contact me and I’ll let you know whether I may still be able to come to you.
What happens if I need to change my appointment?
With at least 24 hours’ notice, you can reschedule online and transfer your £10 deposit to the new appointment without paying another deposit.
How do I pay the remaining balance?
The £10 deposit is paid securely by card through Stripe when you book. The remaining balance can be paid by card through Stripe or in cash on the day, with the deposit already deducted from the total.
What should I do after my sports massage?
Temporary tenderness or mild bruising can sometimes happen after sports massage. Take things at a comfortable pace, keep normally hydrated and follow any specific advice I give you. You can also read my aftercare guidance.
What is the cancellation policy?
With at least 24 hours’ notice, you can cancel and request a deposit refund. For late cancellations, or if I travel to the agreed address and you are not available for the appointment, the deposit may be retained. If I need to cancel, your deposit is refunded.
